Comfortable Path to Better Sleep

While the most common treatment for obstructive sleep apnea is a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine, it may not be the best fit for your lifestyle. Vivos offers an incredible alternative to treating sleep apnea, and we’re proud to offer these benefits to you!

Book an appointment today to see how the Vivos Method can help improve your sleep.

What Is the Vivos Method?

Obstructive sleep apnea is a common breathing disorder that can cause you to wake dozens of times throughout the night, increasing the risk of several health concerns like high blood pressure and heart disease.

The Vivos Method is an oral appliance that gently pulls your tongue forward while you sleep, opening your throat and nasal airways to help you breathe. By opening these airways, you can sleep more peacefully, reduce snoring, and wake up feeling refreshed.

Vivos appliances are easy to use, making them great for treating sleep apnea patients of all ages.

Is Vivos Right for You?

Before we can recommend Vivos, we’ll perform a full oral health exam as well as a Home Sleep Test to determine which treatments may be best for your needs.

To learn more about obstructive sleep apnea and how we diagnose it, please visit our Home Sleep Test page for more information.

Assessing your sleep habits is the first step to determining whether Vivos is right for you and your sleep apnea issues.

We’ll have you wear a SleepImage ring to analyze your sleep quality over a couple of nights. The device then sends the information back to our team so we can determine the next steps for treating your issues.

Once we have your sleeping data, our next step is to create a treatment plan that you’ll follow for 12 to 24 months.

Our goal is that, by the end of your treatment, you will not have to wear a sleep apnea appliance ever again!

Treatments differ based on your needs. We may recommend wearing your Vivos appliance all day long or only at night.

We may encourage changing certain aspects of your lifestyle to help you sleep better and improve your health in the long run, like exercising and eating healthy foods.
